Yoga classes and yoga therapy sessions. Yoga therapy is quite common in Canada but almost unknown in Ukraine. In such sessions, we typically assist in rehabilitation or, conversely, help prevent future injuries and pain. A simple example: if someone has lower back pain, it could be due to their pelvis being in a position that contributes to the pain, and this position may be influenced by work-related factors or specific patterns in life. The key to yoga therapy is a holistic approach. We always consider the individual as a whole system.
